Included with your website package: A free domain name, subject to availability, and free hosting for one year.
Website and Design Services Agreement
Provider: Subliminal Communications, LLC (Subliminal Web).
Scope and price: Provider will deliver the service and scope described in the customer’s order or accepted quote. The total project price is the price stated in that order or accepted quote.
Deposit: A $100 deposit is required before work begins and is credited toward the total project price.
Remaining balance: For websites, the remaining balance is due when Provider supplies a PDF or static images showing the complete website. For capabilities statements, the remaining balance is due when Provider supplies watermarked preview images of the completed statement. Previews are for review only and are not licensed for business use or distribution. Final website launch or delivery of clean, unwatermarked files follows full payment.
Customer content: After paying the deposit, the customer may supply content by email or submission form. The customer confirms permission to use the supplied materials. Missing content may delay completion.
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope are included. One round means one consolidated list of requested changes. Corrections to Provider’s mistakes do not count toward this limit. Extra revisions, additional features, or other work outside the agreed scope require a separate quote and customer approval before work proceeds.
Deposit and cancellation: If the customer cancels before work begins, the $100 deposit is fully refundable. Once work begins, the deposit is nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Optional ongoing services: Maintenance and security cost $15 per month; content updates cost $40 per month; both cost $55 per month, when selected. These optional services are separate from the project deposit.
Electronic acceptance: By checking the agreement box and entering my full name, I intend to sign this agreement electronically, consent to receiving a copy electronically, and confirm that I am authorized to place this order.
